WHY Juice, sodas, and alcohol, all require processing and additional ingredients. Water doesn't. We will reduce processing energy by drinking only water*.

HOW Instead of getting anything but water with meals or throughout the day, today just have water* if possible. Need caffeine in the morning? Start after that.
